Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy for diverse people

I understand...

Hi I'm Jess (She/Her) and I work with anyone who feels a bit well... different! This may include but not limited to neurodiversity - Autism, OCD, Dyslexia and ADHD (diagnosed or suspected).

No discrimination...

I am LGBTQI+ affirming, sex positive and work with Gender, Sexual and Relationship diversity (GSRD). Sex workers and those practicing kink are welcome.

You are safe here...

My trauma-informed therapy approach offers a safe, inclusive space for you to bring your whole self and explore what may be troubling you with a relatable professional who doesn’t mind if you swear.

Testimonials

Safe space

"Working with Jess has been a breath of fresh air. She is genuinely attentive and interested in you as a person. The sessions are very much tailored to your individual needs. She communicates exceptionally well and creates a great and safe environment. I have never opened up myself like I have with Jess. Very professional. Without her, I would be in a very different place."

Depression treatment

"I didn't know what to expect but Jess made me feel so at ease with my emotions and helped me truly understand how parts of myself are there to protect me and not to make me miserable. I felt really comfortable opening up with Jess even with the most sensitive issues as she has this friendly vibe but able to keep her professionalism at all times. I have never seen life and the challenges that come with it the way I see it now after several sessions with Jess."

No judgement

"I have felt judged by other therapists before due to my lifestyle choices. Jess is an extremely open person with a wealth of knowledge who welcomes diversity. She is funny, caring, shows her character but will always be empathetic and professional especially when discussing sensitive and traumatic subjects. This process has made me feel very cared for indeed."
