How do I work?

One size does not fit all!

I am a qualified Integrative therapist, which means I draw from a variety of counselling approaches to tailor my work to fit your unique needs and situation. While my methods are flexible, the foundation of my practice is always person-centered and humanistic. This means that you are in control of your journey—I'm here to guide, not direct.

You have the wisdom within you, even if it doesn’t always feel that way.

 

My role is to empower you to make your own choices, rather than making them for you.

At the heart of therapy is the human connection, which can be incredibly healing.

 

I believe in sharing parts of myself to help create a safe space for you to explore and reveal who you are. While there may be listening and moments of silence (which are powerful in their own right), our work together is collaborative.

 

Ultimately, my goal is to help you help yourself.
